As a matter of fact, we are already looking to upgrade to a larger RV and have been looking at their selection. From the moment you walk onto the lot, you feel like you are a part of their family!

We were looking for a newer camper, we had some problems with our credit and was not confident in them even talking to us. When we got there this place was busy and I mean customers sales persons and men and women working on campers getting them ready to go. We were introduced to Desaray this woman went above and beyond my wife had a idea what she wanted and I had an idea what I wanted to pay, we were honest with Desaray about our credit and told her what I wanted my payment to be, she never batted an eye and said let's see what we got. Well we looked at a lot of used campers and some new ones, some of the new ones where high priced and some where just right. My wife had fell in love with a camper it was an Outback Terrain, this was a used camper but cost more than a new one but it was the one my wife wanted it had only been on the lot a day and had been a trade in but it was very nice. Well the easy part was done we then spoke to Tony one of the owners and the finance person, we told him what we wanted and what we could pay and he said let's do this deal. Monday April 2 I get a call saying I needed to insure my camper so off to the insurance company I go, Tuesday my wife and I have to sign some documents and Wednesday the deal is done right at the payment I wanted with all the bells and whistles. So Thursday morning my son and I head to Tulsa with our trade in. Once at the dealership Desaray meets us and so does Tony, he looks at my old camper I tell him I am sorry for it being old and he told me "don't worry this camper will be a blessing for someone and great for a family with little money who wants to start camping". Once this is done we went and did our walk through everything I found wrong they fixed every concern was addressed and they installed my old hitch onto my new camper. These people are polite, professional, honest, and caring. When I retire and get ready for my home on wheels this is where I am going and I'll recommend RV Outlet Center to anyone I know wanting a camper. Thank you all so much for making this dream come true.

Was just looking and the peeps were really great

I window shopped for more than a year and finally found what I was looking for. David (sales) and Tami (finance) were great! We worked together for 3-4 days and got it done. I pulled my trade pop-up from Guthrie to Tulsa. Turn around time was 3hrs. Signed and done on my first Travel Trailer. The unsung heroes were the service guys (forgive me, I'm terrible with names. But, you know who you are). These guys went out of their way to answer all of my questions. Showed me through all features of the camper. They installed a weight distribution/sway bar and walked me through it. At my request, they installed a brake controller in my truck and showed me how to use that. Overall, it was a Great experience and I would definitely recommend them in the future. Thanks to everyone!

Great people to do business with!

To us, it was hard because we were coming from OHIO! We wanted to make sure that the trip was worth it! They are usually closed sundays but they had someone there for us to be able to pick our rv. Comes monday we wanted to know what other options we had, but Rv Outlet definitely had better prices and better sales people. On tuesday we were able to take our RV home. So yeah awesome experience!
